KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the ICT and Digital Transformation Specialist in:-
• Provide technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• System software installation, administration, and configuration
• Support the roll-out of new applications, set up new users' accounts and profiles
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• User training on all systems used
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Test and evaluate new technology
• To avail the technical team documents and ensure standards information security
• To design reports using Cyrstal Reports, AD Hoc Report Writer.
• To provide support to Digital Transformation Executives.
• To maintain and update standards and manuals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Development or related field.
• A keen interest in Software Development
• Must have extensive experience in C#, VB.net, Java Script, MS Sql and Python.
• One-year relevant industrial attachment experience at a reputable organisation.
• A great work ethic and hardworking.
• Excellent presentation and technical skills.
• Must be well groomed.
• Aged below 30 years as at December 2026
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly
• Innovative and adaptable
• Honesty and integrity - a must
